2.5 W resistors.
Comparison can be made between the AA and D cells - internal resistance and maximum current.
It is hoped that students will see patterns - smaller resistors result in smaller terminal voltage and larger circuit currents.
This board can be used with the ALBA Interface and Logger OR with an ammeter and voltmeter. Your ammeter should be connected between point X and the top of the resistor and your voltmeter across the battery.
