 Use green energy to put a smile on the face the Smiley Green Man.
The input voltage should be restricted to a maximum of 2.2V. The LEDs will turn on when the voltage is approximately 1.8V.
Note that if the open circuit voltage of the Solar Cell is at a maximum of 4.4V it is still safe to connect your Smiley Green Man Board because the electrical load causes the output voltage to fall to 1.9V.
